Cancellation Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. All requests for a cancellation of the Services must be made by you in writing:
(i) No later than 24 hours after you’ve placed an order for any LUCKY METAL TM product (the “Product”), provided however that no market fluctuation has occurred; and
(ii) Only prior to the Product having been booked for minting and/or for design.
2. THE PRICES OF ALL PRODUCTS ARE BASED ON THE MARKET PRICE THAT FLUCTUATES FREQUENTLY; THEREFORE, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND RETURN THE PRODUCT.
3. In the event that you receive a Product that is affected by any material defect, you may return to us the Product at your expense and we shall replace the Product or refund you for it.
In order to qualify for such a refund:
(i) All claims and requests for a refund must be made in writing within 14 days from delivery of the Product to the address provided by you in the initial order; and
(ii) You must return to us the Product (at your expense), within the said 14 days, in its original and complete condition – including, but not limited to, all tickets attached, including the original unbroken certificate of authenticity and unique serial number intact, a copy of your invoice, the packaging, accessories and manual.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be available for any Product, if we received the written request for a refund 14 days after it was delivered to the address provided by you in the initial order, and/or if the returned Product is not in its original and complete condition. Such Products will be dealt with at our sole discretion and will not be returned to you in any case.
5. Shipping and handling costs shall be non-refundable.
6. We shall not be liable for any Product sent back to us, until the said Product has been received by us (and subject to our return policy).
7. Upon us receiving the returned Product, we will send you a confirmation email confirming the refund (subject to our return policy). The refund can only be issued to the credit card and/or debit card that was used to purchase the item, so if you had received the initial Product as a gift, please note that a refund will not be credited to you.
